Welcome! My name is Melissa Picinic, RMT. My passion is supporting women on their journey of motherhood. I focus on treating specific conditions such as sciatica, improving mobility and helping mamas achieve relaxation. I believe massage therapy can be a great first step for all to achieve a better quality life pain free. I use a combination of deep tissue, myofascial, and stretching techniques to assist you in reaching your optimal health, because we all know HEALTH is WEALTH!
Prenatal Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is a great way to connect with your body on this journey, clam the mind, relieve muscle aches, improve lymphatic flow and much more. Wherever you are on this journey you want to feel the best for your little one.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This treatment is to relieve swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. If you have any questions for concerns please call or send an email with all your questions.
Contraindications:
- Decompensated cardic insufficiency
-Cardiac Edema
-Congestive heart faliure
-Acute inflammation caused by bacteria, fungi or virus
-Renal failure
-Acute DVT
-Malignant disease
